Uniqlo is doing well in Asia. Also there is a total of 39 stores in Australia. Here in Southeast Queensland they have 6 stores. Not bad I would say.

More broadly, by December, Chinese F&B brands had opened over 6,100 outlets in Southeast Asia, Singapore-headquartered research firm Momentum Works reported. India and Vietnam account for roughly two-thirds.
India is not in Southeast Asia.
And most probably the folks visiting these stores would not be aware they are Chinese owned. India should give these brands the TikTok treatment.

And MacDonalds is healthy? Young Americans and Australians are generally slim?? (Answers: "No", and "No" of course). What is your point?

Don't know what to think about Chinese fast food. Restaurant Chinese food is very good. Not a big fan of American corporate fast food at all. McDonalds was very good 60 years ago, but their bean counters have cut costs so much that now it has lost flavor, except for the sugar and salt. They helped introduce the idea of mass produced hamburgers and fries, but then ruined it. In-N-Out is much better, but although now very large, is still family owned.
Starbucks introduced good, mass produced coffee to southern California forty years ago, but now there are a lot of family owned coffee shops that are better than Starbucks. They are convenient and dependable, alright, but not the best.
