Cases in the UK are predominantly found in recent immigrants from South East Asia and Africa. Being free from TB, HIV and M pox should be a requirement on arrival from nations with high levels of these diseases.

Or much better yet, vaccinations, detection kits and medications to prevent and treat cases should be cheaply available worldwide so there is no longer high prevalence anywhere.
