Seem exaggerated to call something a nurse when it actually can only perform single specific tasks, specially when its performance is subpar.
The article describes the same problem that happens with AI in other industries, companies try to misrepresent simple, limited tools as if they represented a replacement for actual professionals and companies with profit as the only priority accept that misrepresentation at face value and decrease the quality of their service by firing professionals and using the cheaper tool instead, with the obvious negative consequences.
On the other hand it also present the much more desirable approach of a company that is open and honest about the tool being limited but still useful for very specific purposes that actually help the professionals. Sadly this later approach is much less popular with bosses that just want to cut costs even if that means also cutting out on quality service.

Inevitability is the word when birth is lower than death rate which is to say population is getting old and older... Focus must be in improving technology and plans for sustainability of society of which more seniors than young.
