The Eagles literally embarrassed the Chiefs. The first three quarters the Chiefs couldnt do anything, and without a doubt, the better team won today!

Thankfully the Eagles blew them out, and didnt give the refs a chance to inject themselves into a Chiefs victory!

And the world said, "Meh."

That's really whacking congratulations to the Eagles.

I was shocked that the Kansas City Quarterback wasn't hooked after throwing two shocking passes that led to intercept touchdowns. He cost them the game.

Well played to Philadelphia!

Nonsensical comment about K.C.'s QB. Maybe you don't know but Patrick Mahomes is a generational talent and that was his fifth Super Bowl. Out of the hundreds of men to ever play the hardest position in pro sports, only a very small handful have ever been to that many. No coach in his right mind would ever pull him. He has more Super Bowl championships than the Eagles have as a franchise. It just wasn't his day.

Not in Japan, not in the rest of the world expect one.

Why is this a news in JAPANToday.com?

Because if they only reported JAPANese sports it would be monumentally dull.

And the Superb Bowl is quite a big thing.

Japan Today posts stories about all major sports championship games. The fact that some people choose to ignore that speaks to their prejudices and selfishness ("Japan Today should only post what I want to read"....wah wah wah). Yet, they still felt compelled to leave a denigrating comment, Grow up, it's not all about you.

Don't be fooled by the final score- this was as thorough of a beat down that you'll see in a major championship game. Congratulations to the Eagles, they certainly earned this one.

This game proved that American football games are won in the trenches. Philly's offensive line was just massive and they are so agile. They dominated K.C.'s defensive front. On the other side, Philly's defensive line didn't have to blitz a whole lot, they could just send three or four of their guys at Mahomes and they still were able to sack him many times, leaving their defensive backs to cover K.C.'s wide receivers well. I think the MVP should've gone to both of Philly's offensive and defensive lines.

Japanese don't read Japan Today. English speaking ex-pats do...many of whom are American

Why is this a news in JAPANToday.com?

The largest percentage of Japan Today readers...are.....................................American

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

The largest percentage of Japan Today readers are non-American although the numbers have increased in the last five years. But there's no way to have an accurate picture since most people do not reveal their nationality.

Quite a few Japanese read and post on JT.
