I would love to see the MBL pay substantial compensation to the Japan baseball leagues for downgrading the best baseball league in the world by buying their world best player from the Japan baseball leagues. Like Japan will never again see the Messiah from Hanamaki play again in Japan because who can compete against 700 million dollar 10 year contracts.

I’d rather see Japanese players stay in Japan and then at the end of the year have a showdown with the USA (or Cuba or whoever else is determined to be the western champ) a true seven game World series, not just a single game.
