I think you either got that backwards or don't recognize her.
Measuring male hormones in athletes might be a far way to ensure females compete fairly. Everyone else, with some level higher than what is considered "normal" - perhaps 20% (I don't know) - should compete in an "open" competition where all males would compete too.
It is well known that higher levels of male hormones provide greater strength, and speed. Unfair advantages just make the entire sport look bad.
