Considering that America is not currently at war and there hasn't been a war on American soil since 1865, this is a rather strange first thought to have.

Multiple videos caught it or near it from various angles - homes, vehicles etc.
And it is not a strange thought, the 'attack' thing. It came down very fast, appears to be nose first in a steep dive, the roaring sound resembling a missile. The impact fireball w/ flash and mushroom effect is huge, amplified by nighttime. Roman candle effect with flaming debris flying in all directions from the carpark it impacted. Must have had full tanks. Homes sustained damage.

Private pilots are trained and tested and require a license. A tragic accident with widespread damage.

Pilots flying medical transport jets are highly trained, and experienced with hundreds of hours of flying.

Actually, if one was a bystander or in a vehicle, in the periphery of the impact zone and witnessing it - one may not initially realize it was a plane crash considering the speed it came down. Not far off a meteor or something. Flaming debris landing on cars, buildings and places. Resembled a napalm strike.
It will be a miracle if no one of the ground became a victim. There's already reports of injuries, including a man who was struck in the head by a metallic object (like a bolt?) while eating inside a diner, seated several booths from the window, beyond the salad bar.

The plane crashed 30 seconds after take-off. The Learjet 55 aircraft departed the Northeast Philadelphia Airport on Friday evening.

Here is the problem, it seems that the plane was registered to Mexico.
bass4funk
So if the plane was registered in Mexico and “if” they didn’t meet the requirements and maintenance standards this thing will blow up and send shockwaves in that country, if that’s the case, their facilities would be subjected to serious inspections and more than likely possible and needed changes to ensure something like this doesn’t happen again.

So, the registration is the problem? Let's blame a whole country before we even know the cause.

So SAD, what a tragedy.
