With the amount of tweeting he does, this has never been the case.

If I had 14 kids I’d try to be focusing on them instead of ‘spending 24/7 at work’. Especially if I were so rich I wouldn’t actually need to work.

I think as long as he takes care of his kids, give them what he can and provides for them daily which he does it’s good enough. If he had 29 kids so what? How he raises them; that’s his business and as long as he’s not beating them to death it’s ok. They will always have money at least, so that in itself is just great.

If he’s at work 24/7 he’s not ‘raising them’.
The basic requirement for being a father is higher than ‘not beating them to death’
Deadbeat fathers are the worst. It doesn’t matter how much money they have.

Musk has multiple children he will not support.

He doesn’t have to be. Is there some constitutional law that states he has to be?
That is debatable. Just because you think broccoli is good for you, it might not be the best thing for me, there are other vegetables that I find better tasting. Again, if he’s there just once a week, doing Zoom calls, whatever is best for him and his life, that is what will determine how he is as a parent.
I get it, I personally know a few and they don’t do jack, absolutely nothing for their kids
Well, it does actually, because you can do more for your kids than without it.

A perfect case study for future business students on how to implode a company...
Check out -sales and prices for used Teslas, especially Cyber Trucks...
It’s marketing 101: Don’t involve yourself in politics,” said New York brand consultant Robert Passikoff. “People will stop buying your products.”
It may be too late.
Tesla sales plunged 45 percent in Europe in January, according to research firm Jato Dynamics, even as overall electric vehicle sales rose. That comes after a report of falling sales in California, its biggest U.S. market, and the first annual drop globally for the company last year.
Tesla's much-hyped Cybertruck is turning into a financial disaster for owners as prices drop sharply for second-hand examples on the US used car market, US electric transport website Electrek reports.
Tesla ain't coming back...

No, it isn’t.
If you think ‘not beating them to death’ is the basic requirement you shouldn’t have kids.

According to Steve Bannon, the Musk-Trump bromance ended when Musk was denied access to secret war plans against China. His special employee contract ended on May 23.

So there are almost no bad fathers, according to you.
Conservatives often say that a big problems the country has is with bad fathers who leave their families.
But you must disagree with this assessment. After all, as you say, there is no law that says a father must raise his child, and an absent father by definition cannot best their child to death.
So absentee fathers are, by your definition, excellent fathers. Right?

Anything to have Musk ruining thousands of lives rather than millions or 330M lives is good.
Don't plan to buy anything from companies he is involved with, ever.
There's no BYD in the US, so the recent fair trade efforts between the US and China have certainly helped prevent cheap Chinese vehicles getting to the US.
When a father who has a choice decides to avoid spending a few hours daily with his children, something is wrong with that man. It leaves the kids wondering what they did wrong that he would chose to do anything else besides be with them daily. I'm not suggesting spending the whole day, but there is much to be said about "being present" in your kid's lives. Showing up for 2nd grade music recitals, at least 1 sports match/game a week, picnics with neighbors, having your kid's friends over and them going to their homes to learn about other families, foods, and religions.
Of course, not all fathers have the luxury of being home daily. Mine was deployed for a year at a time and when he was "home", he might have a 7 day shift living in a bunker on "alert", but after those years, as he gained more experience and responsibilities, he had fewer trips and was mostly home every night and weekend. Sure, he may have been reading documents most evenings, but he was "there" and present.

He really should've stayed out of politics.
Now everybody has seen him for the cruel crackpot he really is. A leopard can't change its spots.

What a pathetic loser..

I used to quite like the guy before he lost his mind and started doing Nazi salutes and firing his own customers.
It's going to be hard for his customer base to forget the things he has done to harm them.
