McDonald's and garbage truck stunt, those are real!

The 20-second clip features a man saying in a stilted, robotic delivery: "We are from Haiti. We came to America six months ago, and we already have our American citizenship -- we're voting Kamala Harris."

Counting down until Trump, one of the popular MAGA Xitter handles , Musk or one of the MAGA posters here cites one of these as 'evidence' in their post election disinfo campaign.

They probably have already done so but usually their posts are easy to dismiss and don't demand much scrutiny.

Never forget that between 2016 and 2019, the media was non-stop "Russian Collusion"

It was all a hoax and proven as such.

It actually was never proven to be a "hoax" and not only did Russia produce a lot of pro-Trump material on social media, the investigation into cooperation between Russian spies and Trump officials was not only proven, but let to convictions.

6 ( +11 / -5 )

maga are being conned by more than russia. a tsunami of fake videos and social media posts are spinning the maga crowd up, then selling them hats, tee shirts, bumper stickers and flags. x and instagram are flooded with them.

all by nigerian scammers who are way smarter than their targets. duh.

That a country that has spent so much time and effort spreading disinformation and conspiracy theories about other countries elections is complaining about disinformation and conspiracy theories (mostly domestically generated by the same industry that was built to do that on behalf of the American government) causing problems with its own elections is pretty ironic.

That the biggest problem is that both parties are running candidates who's track records clash with the promises they're making that don't clash with what the American public wants, and making statements that do clash with what large chunks of the American public wants is something that the American media and politicians want everyone to ignore.

This is fake news.

The Russians are clearly following the Trump playbook so we know who they would love to see become president.

Heaven help us!

8 ( +11 / -3 )

Desperation is palpable.

They are really going to go with Russia hoax 2.0

Raffensperger said the "obviously fake" video was likely a production of "Russian troll farms," while American intelligence officials directly blamed "Russian influence actors."

Weird world we are living in when a good portion of the US electorate will dismiss the findings of Republican administrators, US intelligence services and the FBI in favor of the MAGA Trump Putin narrative: The Dems are stealing the election and bringing in immigrants.

In September, the Justice Department accused two employees of the Russian state-sponsored RT news outlet of funneling some $10 million through a network of shell companies to American social media influencers who are among Trump's prominent online cheerleaders.

Some good money to be made in being a MAGA shill.

he United States is on heightened alert for a potential flood of falsehoods from Kremlin-aligned actors

With mainstream media billionaires like Musk and Murdoch aided by so many social media bots, both paid and volunteer, that flood of falsehoods has been obvious to reasonable people but the pro-totalitarians along with other US Republicans, and their global political ilk continue their pushes to further undermine the republic so their billionaire idols can get richer and more powerful, while the cultists send their money to enable their rich masters believing some day the trickle down might not smell like body waste.

They have enough

They probably have already done so but usually their posts are easy to dismiss and don't demand much scrutiny.

According to whom?

-13 ( +1 / -14 )

With mainstream media billionaires like Musk and Murdoch aided by so many social media bots,

Not even remotely close to what Soros and Cuban are getting. The Dems put $8 billion to buy this election, that’s just insane.

both paid and volunteer,

Yup!

that flood of falsehoods has been obvious to reasonable people but the pro-totalitarians along with other US Republicans,

And Democrats

and their global political ilk continue their pushes to further undermine the republic so their billionaire idols can get richer and more powerful,

And that’s why Wall Street loves Kamala to your point respectively

while the cultists send their money to enable their rich masters believing some day the trickle down might not smell like body waste.

It doesn’t, the Dems robbing Paul to give to Peter days is wearing thin, Paul doesn’t have a lot of money to take from, the pockets have less change. Entitlements must be cut.

Harris, being so bankrupt politically, all she has left in the tank is the old "Russian" trick.

Sick, moribund and sad.

Would have helped to outline a policy.

-12 ( +2 / -14 )

Massive flooding of the social network sites with fake news from Russia and China. AI goes wild.

7 ( +8 / -1 )

As usual, every single video or thing inconvenient to Democrats is immediately said to be fake. Then after, some admitted as real.

Kentucky vote changing video. Fake!

then:

*“The Attorney General's office has been to the vote center to check the device that has been shown across social media today. In full disclosure, after several minutes of attempting to recreate the scenario, it did occur. This was accomplished by hitting some area in between the boxes. After that we tried for several minutes to do it again and could not.”*

Fake U.S. election video signals sprawling Russian disinformation ops

All for their chosen candidate - the fake McD fry cook...

And the MAGA-masses love it...revel in it....think it's great...

They get played by both their candidate and his sponsor...

Just call it the double-hustle...

Then like illegals voting it becomes “who cares!? it only happens a few times and doesn’t affect anything much anyway”

that’s much different than the initial claim being “fake Russian disinformation”.

Then like illegals voting it becomes “who cares!? it only happens a few times and doesn’t affect anything much anyway”

Just one of those illegals is giving out a mil a day to influence the vote!

And he caused 6000 people to lose their jobs at Twitter!

Talk about a migrant crisis!

He also is one of the foremost purveyors of fake news.

12 ( +12 / -0 )

This is fake news.

Yeah! Everything I don't like is fake. Wah!

10 ( +11 / -1 )

It is indeed ironic they come up with these allegations. Considering the cultural level on the field in the United States of America, one could only hope Russians would “sprawl” some proper guidelines to hopeless voters. Unfortunately there is not a single hint of this happening, and it is a big loss for Washington’s elite. Perhaps they could learn something from the country which gave us the highest form of literature and poetry, see Dostoevsky and Tolstoy, as opposed to Halloween and the Marvel movies.

As usual, every single video or thing inconvenient to Democrats is immediately said to be fake. Then after, some admitted as real.

Speaking of videos and disinformation, the video I was directed to yesterday that was alleged to show ”most” of the 75,000+ people at Harris’ Ellipse rally protesting and chanting actually only showed a handful of people raising their voices, and then only sporadically. And just one drum.

Got a better one?

5 ( +8 / -3 )

Yes

And he caused 6000 people to lose their jobs at Twitter!

Can you prove otherwise?

Talk about a migrant crisis!

10 million plus and counting….

He also is one of the foremost purveyors of fake news.

So is the epitome news outlet with the best journalistic pedigree?

Russia, China, NK, Iran, all want Americans to distrust other Americans. That's their goal.

It takes very little effort to fact check outlandish claims. 5 seconds with google and a few fact checking websites easily disproves nearly all claims that are designed to make 50% of Americans freak out. Sensational claims require sensational proof. It is too easy for someone to point a video camera at a talking head anywhere ... or a Trump ... and say something completely false for a huge group a less-than-sharp people to see and believe. They are lazy. That's all. Show proof from a reputable source OR show proof from a source that would typically disagree with the statement.

If you need some reputable fact checking websites:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fact-checking_websites

https://www.factcheck.org/

https://reporterslab.org/fact-checking/

Of course, certain news organizations have been tricked into running bogus stories - Reuters did about 5 yrs ago. I haven't seen any recent Reuters News stories that were totally bogus since then.

Musk is a Naturalized US citizen, regardless of everything else. That fact that he lived in Canada and South Africa as well, doesn't matter. He is not illegal as far as the USGovt is concerned.

I'm a fan of his engineering and SpaceX work, but not a fan of him as a human being. He'd trying to influence the elections across the US in ways that don't violate campaign finance laws. He and Trump don't like the laws of the US unless they help them. When the exact same law is used by others, that just makes them unhappy.

The amount of election fraud in the US in the last 20 years has been tiny. There are many separate checks that prevent people from voting who aren't eligible. None of the voter fraud found has ever altered the outcome in any election. Claims that voting machines miscount have never been proven in an actual election. Claims that 100s of non-Citizens have voted anywhere has never been proven. All claims are researched. The greatest amount of election fraud is from zealots in the GOP. THAT is proven by their jail terms.

no that one was sufficient to show what was happening that it was claimed…didn’t happen.

well, it didn’t happen “as much as concerns meeee” is not point. Happened.

it did, revolution Intifada free free Palestine they chanted as drums banged. Climbing over security fences to get away from the rally.

“Only 10”, “only 100”, “only 1000” is not “didn’t happen”

Yep, Harris is preferable to Putin as she would be a walkover for him. Nice enough lady but definitely not presidential material.

She certainly was able to manipulate Trump in the debate. No wonder why he was too scared for a second debate.

Heaven help everyone if she wins.

Relax. It will be fine. You'll get used to it.

@bkalabel: As usual, every single video or thing inconvenient

As usual, another extremist is echoing the rhetorical approach used by the gross fraudster, i.e. if you're going to lie: lie. bigly. A tactic of conmen and other financial services hucksters that want a Trump presidency which makes fraud acceptable under the umbrella of any pursuit of personal wealth is justifiable. A corrupt president and Supreme Court will further exploit those that want to live according to the laws of the republic and US Constitution.

Removing the russian maskirovka from social media ought to be as easy as removing the election denying and the vaccine denying.

Only 10”, “only 100”, “only 1000” is not “didn’t happen”

Ha. I never said “it didn’t happen.” I saw the video of the five or seven protesters with their lonely percussionist, so it surely did happen. Who said “it didn’t happen?”

One of us, however, said “most.”

Here it is to refresh your memory:

*More than 75,000 spectators gathered in Washington, D.C., to hear Vice President Kamala Harris' ****closing argument speech **

yeah with most of them chanting Free Free Palestine and banging drums talking about a revolution and an Intifada. What’s that?*

Most?

The dems have a PhD in that

A tactic of conmen and other financial services hucksters that want a Trump presidency which makes fraud acceptable under the umbrella of any pursuit of personal wealth is justifiable.

No, they don’t want to copy the Democrats playbook, this is why Wall Street won’t support a Trump Presidency

A corrupt president and Supreme Court

How? When 7 of the last rulings…well, 8 today have favored Dems? Yeah, marinade on that one for a bit.

will further exploit those that want to live according to the laws of the republic and US Constitution.

With a Kamala win, you can forget that.
