The rejection of the UN resolution 181 by the extremist leadership of the Palestinian Arabs was a giant and tragic mistake. That rejection is the root cause of the naqba, of all the disasters that ensued, and of the immense suffering that both nations are suffering now.

I suggested in another comments sections that Trump and Israel should give Gaza to India who can move the Arabs to the rest of the Arab lands and then populate Gaza with peaceful Hindus and Buddhists.

Hammas wants to drag out the hostage release as long as possible. Without hostages they have zero leverage and will be hunted down like the dirty sewer rats they are

If you google "Netanyahu says Israel is for the jews " a number of sources, many Israeli based, that confirm these words and similar ethno bigotry from other members of his Cabinet.

Most of the comments in support of Israel’s indiscriminate vengeance. not only are ethically immoral but also blatantly wrong. 

What about UN Resolution 242 which requires Israel to withdraw from the borders of territories occupied before 1967?
