A fascist parade that belongs in Moscow and not DC.

The parade will end with a celebratory jump by the Army’s Golden Knights parachute team, which will present Trump with an American flag.

Awwwww. How cute.

Estimated to cost $25 million to $45 million.

DOGE is given the day off. Musk wasn't invited.

Many countries have miliary parades, including many within NATO in order to commemorate the dead and honor the Services etc. Many military bases across the US hold parades every year, deep tradition in reality.

Great tradition, as freedom is not free, as the US Army was responsible for freeing the US from King George!

Roll the heavy armor down the street for the army anniversary.

Considering that outfit predates the actual Republic, couldn't be more apt to show the colors and observe the hard-working men and women who keep it functional, in the capital namesakes of the initial CIC of that Continent.

sounds like this is going to be a great event, one of many to celebrate our 250th anniversary! USA! USA!

Once the first cuts are implemented, that will go by 55%

But he can still show up.

Another check on Trump's Wannabee Dictator bucket list.

Seems like MAGA doesn't want to save taxpayers money on wasteful things when it's his birthday.

Can't wait to see the submarines being dragged through the streets.

Most countries have military parades, including the US, this parade just higher profile. Nearly every US military base within the US has at least one parade every year!

Fact that it's Trump's birthday or that he first declared on this same day ten years ago his candidacy for the Presidency is irrelevant, as the US Army deserves national recognition for its 250th Birthday!

250th anniversary of the USArmy,

kinda like you should still be able to celebrate your Dec 25th when it’s Christmas for everyone else.

2 for 1, win/win.

go complain to France, that’s where Trump got the idea.

Who’s doing the gig?

I'm really looking forward to it, it should be quite a spectacle.

A draft-dodger pretending to be a military commander using other people's money to pay for his birthday party whilst simultaneously throwing thousands of them out of work / out of the country for being the wrong colour / gender.

Golden Age etc.

Waste of money.

They could have just got him a happy meal, a new putter and a prostitute.

pretending?

He pretends he knows what he’s doing.

You know, the guy who thinks the British army took over the airports in the Revolutionary War, and that the U..S. defeated Japan in WW I.

Mark my words, Trump will make himself the center of this event. If that weren’t already obvious.
