Casper also noted that, when it comes to citizenship, “there is no dispute (nor could there be) that U.S. citizenship is required to vote in federal elections and the federal voter registration forms require attestation of citizenship.”

Casting a ballot as a noncitizen is already against the law and can result in fines and deportation if convicted.

but such a vote is still counted even if found.

Such as the illegal Chinese student who voted in Michigan and ran away back home, escaping justice.

Interesting, I wasn’t aware that in US elections postal votes could count if received after the election day. Surely there is a risk of fraud? Certainly postal votes are not accepted after the close of the polls in the UK.

postal votes could count if received after the election day

up to a week later in some Blue places.

with postmark of up to the date of election day.

but if no postmark at all (how?) or if it isn’t legible what date it says (intentional?) it also counts.

Lots of action in courts, and of course these rulings will be appealed. US citizens see the illegal alien chaos in LA and fully understand why it's the Democratic Party that is against common sense voting requirements like ID.

Most Americans prefer law and order over dystopian chaos
