Nothing like changing US foreign policy for some hostage release headlines.

If the Taliban want to live the way they do, fine and as long as they don’t stage attacks in the U.S., best of luck to them. Yes, Biden screwed up majorly with his disastrous withdrawal from that country, but it’s also good that we don’t need to have troops on that ground.

Well, isn't that surprising....Trump making nice with ANOTHER bloody dictatorship...

How many is that now? Putin his Puppet Master, Xi his business partner, Kim his love letter buddy, now the Taliban......you know, the folks that stone Christians...

The Mullahs in Tehran are just waiting for their MAL golf invitation...

The US spent $2.313 trillion on its Afghanistan war 2001-2022 and lost it in the end. And because the U.S. borrowed most of the money to pay for it, generations of Americans will be paying interest and debt reductions.

The US would prefer to forget Afghanistan.

The debt being cut will make it easier to pay off, more cuts are waiting.

True, but as long as the Taliban and the Jihadists pose a significant threat to the US, we always have to remain vigilant, especially now since we have no more boots or infrastructure in that country anymore.

You can thank Trump for that.

Only when the next Dem President is elected - which seems much more likely now that Trump is imploding...

The Moron RAISED the debt by $7.9 TRILLION last time....and his current budget has an INCREASE in the national debt...

Just like last time, he'll give himself and his oligarch buds a huuuuge tax break all unfunded and added to the debt...

Don't fall for the Trump flim-flam again....

So did Joe. Except he didn’t even get a second term lol
