Alongfortheride,
What do people wear at the beaches that you go to? Full wetsuits?
You are hilarious!!
But based on what this guy was arrested for then yes they perhaps should do so!! Whats good for women is good for men right?

Another one?
What the hell, people.
There is something seriously wrong with the men on this site.
And women are perfect yes? You don't ever see cases of women engaging in criminal acts on here right?

When you go to the beach, you are consenting to see people, men and women, in bathing suits.
Please post a link to any law books that state that.

I'm sorry, but WHAT?
Are you really saying that consent does not matter? Are you honestly equating women wearing skirts, which is a socially accepted item of clothing, with a man flashing his butt at a teenage girl?
No, what they are comparing to is the same age girl who enjoy going to the beach with a piece of string up their but cracks showing off to the world the same as this guy did. But of course its ok for females to do that right? Just men who can't

It's NOT the same thing and it isn't public nudity.
So what your saying is men and women have different rules? Women can wear what they want when they want but men can't? So based on that you must also agree on other gender differences such as different incomes for the same job based on gender? For the record here I am saying equal rights. Whats good for one gender should be good for the other.

I am going to keep a copy of this news story on me and when I see a woman on the beach exposing herself will show a copy of this to the police and ask why she is not being arrested.

Yes agree this guy is a nutcase but on the flip side to this that same 18/19 year old then goes to the beach in summer in a bikini that exposes the same thing and thats fine.

Not correct..like i said above. If you can build me a new house that has zero damage in a major earthquake I will pay you double what a building company will charge me. Let me know where to sign the contract and make it very public. I have also lived through a major earthquake that killed almost 200 people and not one house in a city of 300,000 received zero damage

Modern houses and older ones with upgrades are only designed to stay up long enough for you to survive.
This is completely incorrect. Earthquake proofed houses survive in a completely usable state. Its not an airbag in a car that saves the occupant with the car still a write off.

Many people will lose their HOME if they don't earthquake proof it.
Just so you know there is no such thing and a Earthquake "Proof" house.
Modern houses and older ones with upgrades are only designed to stay up long enough for you to survive.
In a big Earthquake even a brand new house will be damaged.

"" Under the new plan, borrowers will be able to use their homes and land as collateral to secure loans for retrofitting their residences, while the government will cover the monthly interest payments, the source added.""
Bad idea, so what happens when these victims are unable to pay back their loans?
They lose their LAND, HOME, and their life savings.
This is no different than not giving them anything at all.
Did you actually read the story? AFTER they die the loan can be paid back with the sale of their home and land.

What makes this even more idiotic on the young guys part is if the older driver was making a right turn that means it was NOT on a highway but rather on a normal road where pedestrians , kids etc are possibly walking.
I am not saying I understand it more if he was on a highway but if there is ever a place your going to do something like this is on a highway.

All I know is after living in Japan for 27 years my home country doctor is astonished on my general health compared to my family history. I eat whatever I want here, I drink like a fish and the only exercise I get is raising my elbow at the bar (most nights). I am as fit a a fiddle well into my 50's but get around like a 30 year old. Most members in my family have not even lived that long! But I guess thats just luck, nothing to do with healthy eating and living in Japan. I will say the lifestyle here is very healthy.

Throwing ¥100 billion at Big Pharma to "ensure a stable drug supply" is like paying arsonists to guard your house - it’s not solving the problem, it’s funding it. Maybe if people spent more time exercising, eating real food and not carcinogenic convenience store bentos, and taking responsibility for their health, they wouldn’t need a "stable supply" of overpriced pills to fix problems they can prevent. But hey, why promote holistic health and self-discipline when you can just line the pockets of pharmaceutical giants instead?
And you are saying that about one of the most healthiest eating countries in the world.

Acquitted means there is no case for him to answer to. So not possible to be found not guilty.

Fighto!
Anyway, I might feel a little sorry for the young woman, but in her absolute cowardice and selfishness she murdered another person.
Your definition of "murder" is incorrect. There is zero evidence the girl intended to kill this pedestrian.
I think they are partly correct. First degree murder is premeditated which is what you are thinking. Second degree murder is committing an act knowing that someone could die. Then you step down to manslaughter. This could possibly come under Second degree murder but most certainly manslaughter. But as per my comment above I don't see the point.

So once again we are making judgement on a story we know little about. "A group of young boys and some trouble broke out between them and the older guy" How do we know the old fella was not defending himself? A group of young boys word against one older guy. It may in fact turn out to be the older mans fault but why judge when we don't know.

One again the government thinks spending money on military is better than taking care of their own elderly. This is the perfect case of an elderly man that should have been able to pick up the phone and simply say he needs help and he can no longer take care of her and someone be on his doorstep the next day.

To keep such a huge amount of money in a Japanese home is totally irresponsible. However old rich people are often keeping a large sum of cash money at home instead of using a savings account in a bank or post office. This old man was not even living permanently in this house.
A lot of cash is kept at homes in Japan to avoid paying the huge taxes high income earners make.
