KantoQuest, I work as a traveling consultant and been to many very large hospitals in my travels and assignments.

But I am misinformed am I? Is that so? Perhaps the various Internet forums nurses frequent are also misinformed? Perhaps they are.

Sakurasaki, I would like to clarify that while some U.S. nurses can make money, most do not, and home caregivers in the U.S. are not nurse and are as poorly paid as their Japanese counterparts.

America is suffering the same problem for the same reasons.

It's stunning how many posters here do not understand that there are three branches of U.S. government and each of them are EQUAL.

Congress, President and Supreme Court, are ALL equal and they all must follow the Constitution and NOTHING else.

The powers of each are spelled out, in that very Constitution, so that even a grade schooler can understand who has authority to do what.

The president CANNOT rule by decree. The Supreme Court CAN overrule him and Congress ANY day of the week. Congress can pass laws that overrule the Supreme Court rulings that are not Constitutional.

A problem they created is now creating a problem for them? I love poetic justice.

Respect to the train operators and engineers who quickly spotted the problem and took quick action.

Just like the last time he was in office, he is WAY out of his league.
