"Antisemitism, antisemitism."

You have members of the IDF ADMITTING to the arbitrary killing of Gazan civilians. They are admitting it.

Of course he will. He is just another uniparty president.

More war, more debt, more money for the mega rich, more poverty for the masses.

Same is happening all over the place.

Neoliberalism is a failure.

Political revolution coming soon to a country near you.

Look at the timing. suddenly, after months of silence, they drop 'new evidence' right as the final stages of a total land takeover are unfolding.

"Remember what they did on October 7th. This. They did these terrible bad things. Dont forget."

This isn’t about justice. It’s about manufacturing consent for the erasure of an entire people. This is cultural extermination. Their poets, doctors, teachers, archives, history, it’s all being wiped out in real time, with Western backing.

And if you think that this whole acceptance of clear war crimes isn’t going to lead to draconian laws being implemented back home, guess again. The crocodile dungeons are real. and they’ll be using it to lock up political dissidents soon enough. Just wait. Maybe Mamdani will be the first. Nothing would surprise me.

Some American will sell their mother on the street,if it involves making a dollar

What does this even mean?

Whistleblowers take on a huge risk, which is why they often keen their identity anonymous. They can make money is if their claims are investigated and proven to be true. Are you claiming that these accusations are true?

I get the feeling we’ve just accepted climate change , and give up on doing anything about it. We were warned. Sad.

It still isnt too late, but the narrative has inevitably shifted towards this defeatist mentality. Why? Because it allows for those causing the issues to continue to do absolutely nothing different.

In the meantime Chinas trade surplus is up 40% yoy.

We also have Trump threatening to take away the FEDs independence, which could be absolutely catastrophic.

So what ? Fire everyone so there is no teachers left ?

Fire the pedophiles from schools? Er.... yes, yes they should fire every single one of them. Id rather teach my own kids than have them at risk from these sickos.

They should never be allowed to work or be around children ever ever again. No bribe, no nothing. These sickos belong in prison, but the very least is a permanent ban from being around kids. Absolutely disgusting.

The comparison is dumb, and insensitive, but it looks like the ceasefire is holding.

Give Trump his "win", and lets just be glad this part of the conflict is over, for now at least.

There is a strong surge of nationalism across the world, thats neither here nor there. I think every country has a right to preserve their culture.

Are foreigners the reason Japan is suffering a decline in living standards? I dont think so. There are massive differences between the situation in Europe and Japan, the housing crisis being a major one.

Posted in: Japan scraps U.S. meeting after Washington demands more defense spending: report See in context

Why not 4 percent? Why not 10? Japan has spent decades as a loyal vassal of the US, but that era may be ending.

Unlike Israel, Japan really is America's greatest ally. It is the buggest buyer of their debt, one of the biggest buyers of their weapons, hosts their troops, and builds in the US without complaint.

The US is still powerful, but it's clearly in decline. Bullying loyal allies like Japan is not strength. It's desperation.

The US could reassert leadership by restraining Israel and returning to negotiations with Iran—proving it hasn't completely lost touch with reality and can still behave like a responsible global power.

Or it can burn trillions in taxpayer money on another forever war, balloon its already insane debt, and spped up the collapse of its own global hegemony.

Our local chain of shokudos still offers japanese style curry rice at a much more affordable price. They serve bigger portions, and the food is far better quality than cocos. If they can keep prices low without the economies of scale their larger competitors have, cocos can lower their prices.

It's about the distribution, less young people to support more old people. That doesn't work unfortunately.

Exactly. If you look at it the current population is now as low as it was in the mid 80s, which was a great time for Japan, but if you look at the demographic shift you can see that the population of children vs elderly has basically inverted.

Trash cans where people may sit and eat or snack seems like a logical idea. no need to pander to the people who want to eat as they stroll about.

For summer there definitely needs to be more places plastic bottle recycling. Those things fill up in a matter of hours and people just continue to stack them when its full.
