Mostly of the students even the parents don't consider English is necessary in their daily lives because they never think of going outside the country after graduation unless they plan to work abroad, and that is one factor that they very poor in English and to conclude they lack interest in learning English language.

Subcontractors must be paid per delivery and the truck driver will be paid also the same way. I think hourly pay is not realistic when the truck delivery is cross region that takes long hours to arrive the destination.

Physical punishment is absolutely unacceptable at school the teacher has no right to do that if the teacher cannot verbally correct it right for student to do so that means teacher has lack of knowledge dealing situation which reflect their incompetent approach or method of teaching. Teachers must be given further training and reeducation seminar to be fully qualified and understand their position and responsibilities to avoid this problem to happening.
