This plane already had electrical problems when it came from Delhi to Ahmedabad first.
A video shown by a passenger on that flight showed nothing working inside the plane.
Seems like the electrical problems were not corrected before take off to UK.
Hence, landing gear still down and flaps were retracted when they should be at level 5.
Also, Pilot should have taken the full runway with heavy load than starting at midway of runway on a hot day.
Feel for all deceased and they rest in peace.

There is no such thing as the Whites racial discrimination in South Africa.
It was the opposite during Apartheid where the Whites ruled and could do anything to people of color without and repercussions.
It was millions the people of color who were racial discriminationed and not the Whites.

@HopeSpringsEternal, I have been focusing on leaving CA for a while.
As I no longer work, if I sell my house in CA, there is no way I can buy another one as I'll not get a mortgage as I no longer work.
I am looking to move abroad and have looked and travelled to several countries in Asia and Southern Americas prior to covid.
I will relook again at the main countries I have chosen in Asia and South Americas as cost of living could have changed by now.
Time to move on from USA and continue travelling and enjoying the world.

I am in California.
It's a broken state with a lot of debt and criminals and illegals running around to make your life difficult.
It is a one-party democrat banana state where the criminals have more rights than residents.
Gas (petrol) is around $5.00 / gallon and groceries have very expensive.
Criminals can break the window of your parked car and take everything without any penalties.
They do the same in stores and walk out without paying for goods.
Walking around doing your business, criminals will snatch a lady's purse and also anything gold they may be wearing, plus watches. Try stopping them, you'll get shot.
Companies are leaving the state and retail stores close because of rampant theft.
Welcome to California.

America rich?
Americans will be poor once the tariffs/taxes are passed on to the American consumers.
Most hit will be small business, Working class, Seniors and Low income as they all have limited income.
They are not wealthy like Trump and his other goons who don't even know where a grocery store is.
Making American Poor Again by this felon.
