Devil ?
He should have said his good God make him do it.
What an awful crime ! ...fortunately we are all here commenting to condemn it every week knowing no dark or white forces is in play but just that deep and old instinct of men.

In France, tap water is more controlled than any other water.
Plastic bottle is non-sense to me as I never needed any at home at least. Then public fountains should be the norm to avoid making water a commercial use while it is obtained free and jusy need to be treated.
Like air, make it affordable, easily accessed and safe for all.
Selling Evian (or whatever spring water) around the world, what a joke.

Where my Japanese are from, there a very few number of foreign people. And happy about it.
Foreigners in swarms going to onsen would be like asking to set the cat among the pigeons, destroying the atmsophere, rules and purpose of such places.
I don’t want personally to read everywhere English !
In Japan do as the Japanese do.

If not following the law, fine people. Problem solved.
If you wish some business, think of a lasting solution. It is not rocket science.
The one with black screen was totally silly by the way.
Wkth only the photo, I would suggest to build 2m high wall on both sides of the road, and keep one crosswalk available with ao/aka signal to cross or not.
Put a large red warning sign saying people would be fined if crossing at red. And fine those crossing at red. Government needs money.

The important points :
Drink alcohol less when not big : the effect is proportional to your weight. Ladies don’t be proud to drink alcohol like men.
Fast treatment needed : first 12 hours before the resulting acetate formed poison you definitely. It is too late afterwards (brain ischemia)
Paradoxically, drink strong standard alcohol (ethanol) fast if you know you are poisoned by methanol and there is not other treatment available before long hours.

About harassment from some doctors in Japan :
https://www.reddit.com/r/japanresidents/comments/1gqzvau/attn_ladies_weight_gain_during_pregnancy_in_japan/?rdt=52239
Apparently new guidelines have been recently issued about that national problem.
Clearly Japanese pregnant women on average should eat more by looking at them.
My wife was a bit plump and she delivered 3 of them naturally ;) (although first birsth in Japan the doctor wanted to force birth a week earlier, and I said no because in France, expected date was 10 days later).

That is a skill !
I still wonder why he would be accused of attempted theft since he did not steal in 40 times, except if the article misses some information.

Pregnant women are famously harassed by their doctors about supposedly being too fat, leading to underweigth babies.
Normal pregnant woman should eat as much as they need/feel like after first quarter of pregnancy.

Yep, censorship coming to you.
It is parents to take care of their children, in every aspect of life in all times, not the government.
Anything can harm potentially anyone. Who is to decide about just words ?
To avoind being sued and paying fines, the social networks will have to get AI censoring all the time anything outside common wordings.
Ia that what some people want ?
Has'nt the example of dictatorial countries showed you already the result ?

More women in politics does not at all make a country richer or more happy or solve their demography issue. There is simply no connection or prove me wrong.
And to my knowledge Japanese women have equal rights as men, especially they vote.
I know more women than men who are not keen to show publicly and like keeping quiet. That is cultural and never prevented Japan from becoming a rich country.

Ir is cultural and women take time to make children hence the men more tham women as leaders.
If a woman is as able as a man, no issue but it takes physical efforts too to meet thousands of voters to win.
In France, because of quotas, we end up with worthless and totally unfit to the job women with no qulification. It has nothing to do with freedom or equality (born equal with equal rights does no mean equal roles at the end).
Fed up with quotas, especially in Japan where hardly no women wish to go to leadership, and still among the nicest country to live in the world.
