just reminding the left of all their false accusations against Musk- that are now inconvenient to your joy of him becoming an anti-Trump leftist (again).

Again reminding you for the tenth time, those of us that aren't maga, don't always march to the same beat or have the same point of view, so your assumptions just make a horse out of you. We don't roll with Musk like that but it is maga who are now accepting the reality about Musk that we always believed. There are no good people in this conflict, just 2 bad guys literally the 2 guys responsible for making the US lose its respect from other countries

Clearly, Japan’s declining birthrate has reached such critical levels that we’re now outsourcing population growth to eccentric billionaires with a penchant for space travel and spontaneous fatherhood. If we can’t boost the birthrate the traditional way, maybe we can just get Elon to populate the archipelago one idol at a time

Thats gross and the idol fans would dispose of him

Musk can afford to have as many babies as he wants. Maybe he could try to have some Japanese ones to reduce the falling birth rate.

No, I don't want him to tank the reputation of Japan. Musk is a leech that does permanent damage to everything he touches

Russia doesn't have to respond, its part of the imaginary ceasefire agreement that Russia kept breaking or even the war that Russia started. Propaganda is such a dangerous thing if he forgot he started the war by attacking Ukraine first

Musk's xAI recently blamed an "unauthorized modification" for causing Grok to generate unsolicited posts referencing "white genocide" in South Africa.

Musk authorized it obviously but blames it on somebody who isn't known to dodge his own mistakes. This is why I don't trust AI it's just as crooked and racist as the people who started it

Posted in: Nintendo aims to match Switch success with new console See in context

It will be best to buy the Japanese version and then change the language in the settings. It works on most products.

Nintendo stated it is region locked. Meaning it can only download and play Japanese games. This was made to prevent scalpers from trying to take advantage of the yen rate to resell them. The international version can feature all the usual languages plus Japanese and isn't region locked. But yeah definitely do your research before you buy

Posted in: Nintendo aims to match Switch success with new console See in context

Not in a rush to buy this, I still had my PS4 until Fall 2024 I got a PS5 because they still made games for it as they recently just released a Street Fighter collection game on PS4 about a week ago. I think Nintendo has a feeling to try to compete with Sony and Microsoft but looking at history if they market it at the right time with the right pros they could be as successful as the Wii was on release instead of Wii U. They just released the OLED not too long ago and it will hurt Nintendo if that seems better. Now isn't the time to make new consoles with a lot of retailers canceling Switch 2 preorders due to the threat of tariffs I believe they should have waited another 4 years or so because I want Nintendo to be successful

Now, as for ,Cobra Kai. Myself and the kids loved it.

All of it always was cultured, you just didn't understand the message of what it was about. You would have been satisfied if some white dude was pretending to be Asian instead of them having Mr. Miyagi right?

Posted in: Mr Miyagi's absence is felt in ‘Karate Kid: Legends’ See in context

I haven’t watched this yet, but the original Karate Kid movies definitely helped steer me toward Japan. Mr Miyagi didn’t just teach karate — he taught balance, kindness, and quiet strength. I still think about lines like "balance good, everything good." If this new one can bring even a little of that spirit back, I’m in. Chopsticks ready

I agree, in my honest opinion Karate Kid 2 was the best out of the saga because he was in Okinawa fighting somebody who was really about the live or die lifestyle instead of fighting rich bullies. I lost count of how many times I rewatched these movies because the are some great classics for sure. Can't replace Mr. Miyagi and his famous sayings. "Remember the best block? No be there."

This is exactly the kind of grassroots diplomacy the world needs more of. When young people meet face-to-face, share meals, dance, and ideas — walls come down faster than any official policy ever could. More exchange, less estrangement.

True but sadly this world is too much of a racist judgmental place, not just 1 or 2 countries but a lot of people from all around the world judge others based on their differences instead of seeing people as people

You don't need me to remind you of Trumps relationship with Russia, you worship him enough to know he didn't criticize Putin for starting a war but instead called him "Genius" and did not want to hear briefings about Russia his first go around as President. Whether you like him or not you remember

Trump's administration has blocked mostly non-white refugee admissions from the rest of the world but has begun to resettle Afrikaners, the descendants of mostly Dutch settlers in South Africa, saying they faced discrimination and even genocide. South Africa's government denies the allegation of genocide.

"While you've turned away from a genocide in Sudan and invented one in South Africa, you've teamed up with President Trump to throw the Ukrainian people under the bus, and have been played like a fiddle by Vladimir Putin," Democratic Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland said in a blistering critique of Rubio's about-face on issues he embraced as a senator, adding that he regretted his vote for Rubio's nomination.
