The Democratic Party will need to conduct a deep soul search over the coming two years, leading up to the mid-terms. What went wrong with the elections, and what changes are needed?
They need to put a convicted criminal, compulsive liar and someone that can quickly have a hundred pending court cases for varying crimes up front. Seems thats what many voters want in a serving American president. Someone that simply cant be trusted.

US voters wanted Trump back, realizing the d's were completely unfit and corrupt.
So they voted in a convicted criminal who tried to take control of the US via a coup.
Sorry but they simply voted in the worst candidate, forgetting he cant be trusted, lies compulsively and prefers the leaders of enemy nations over those who lead allied and friendly nations.
76.9 million stupid Americans. Guinness book of records stuff for the nation with the highest percentage of stupid voters. An amazing statistic.

Trump has the mandate, that is for sure!
Only he doesnt. You need more than 50% of the votes cast for a mandate.
"With 96% of the vote in, Trump has, according to the Associated Press, 49.97% to Vice President Harris’ 48.36%, or 76.9 million votes to 74.4 million."
https://www.npr.org/2024/12/03/nx-s1-5213810/2024-presidential-election-popular-vote-trump-kamala-harris
Early on he had over 50% which is why some news outlets said he had a mandate, but as the count marches to conclusion the margin falls and his percentage of the vote continues to be eroded. Trump does not have a mandate from the US people as evidenced by the numbers. Math doesnt lie.

China is too smart for the current and future US administration.
LOL, No, it is most definitely not.
Asia welcomes China because China is part of Asia, that would be the starting point of any conversation.
China is despised in Asia for its belligerence and coercion. China likes to fool itself that it is liked but only other nations with dictators tend to get along well with China, and only when it suits them for similar goals or when it is worth something. When it stops they go back to distrusting and not working together.
China has territorial disputes with every neighbor and with a number that are nowhere near Chinese territory. That takes some doing.

China bans exports to U.S. of gallium, germanium, antimony in response to chip sanctions
And just as nations like China, Russia, NK and Iran utilize "third party" nations to get around sanctions, so will the US continue to get supplies of what it needs. This helps the US to find alternatives faster, and break reliance on China for these goods. The US has many more nations friendly to it than China and the others do.
In the future China would need to undercut the costs significantly to regain the US market.

Musk should be banned from making any more money except interest on the hundreds of billions he already has. No wonder people live in poverty and struggle to put food on the table. When was the last time Musk had to go a couple of days without food? Never! Musk is sickening, as are his supporters willing to pay him obscene amounts of money. Enough!

In SEAD and deep strike missions, it would definitely be useful, but it’s top speed of Mach 1.2 puts it at a disadvantage to the F-15 or Su-27 which can both fly at Mach 2.5.
Agree the F-35 with only one engine is much too slow. It is not designed for interdiction or air superiority. But its top speed is actually mach 1.62
A pity they couldn't produce new F-111 with modern avionics. They called it "the pig" as it could be difficulty to handle but it had speed and punch. A fantastic aircraft for its time.

I hope the west enjoys their president. You get what you deserve, as they say.
The "West" does not have a president. Some nations do, of which America is one. The guy about to move into the White house won with less that 50% of those who bothered to vote, so he has no real mandate, but wont admit that.
The US is once again abdicating the role of world leader, and as with his last tenure, will turn the US into a laughing stock and an unstable nation. Only this time it could last longer since the criminal in chief has been granted a second attempt to destroy US democracy and credibility. A real test of American institutions and their ability to weather the storm of autocracy that approaches.
The free world will be forced to look to someone in the EU to take temporary leadership for freedom. That in itself could also be dangerous, but the alternative leaves no other path forward.

Provide funds for development and will be a future operator/customer.
But having Saudi's on board will taint the project. They are not really respected as a nation. A monarchy that still does not treat women as equal. And in many ways treats women as second class or outright slaves.
But the cash will come in handy so we can pretend the Saudis are "stand up" guys.
