The production at London’s Dominion Theatre stars Vanessa Williams as the fearsome editor Miranda Priestly, played by Meryl Streep in the film.
The part was made for her after playing Wilhemena in Ugly Betty.

Tops for me has always been a hamburger that tastes like a hamburger. And not a meat loaf sandwich.
In other words, the usual American junk food. How about lashings of fructose syrup to go with that?
JeffLee:
Wholewheat sliced sandwich bread, which is actually available in Tokyo but hard to find and often sells out.
Exactly. And granary bread with seeds. People here need to realize marshmallow is not bread.
For me, I also miss fresh affordable salads, real Indian food (especially southern). Not from India but large Indian community means authentic food readily available. Same with dim sum.

BRICS (and not BRIC, as this western MSM stenographer writes) is not quaking in its boots.
When two countries do trade and business with each other, why the heck should they have to use a third party's currency? It's none of that third party's business. USA may go round the world chasing down their own citizens for taxes, but they have no business interfering with other countries' own affairs.

Exactly. This is so obvious. ISIS was always related to USA. The propaganda machine worked well in the west.

China doesn't seem to have these sort of problems, despite the size of the country. The difference is money spent on infrastructure, research and development and a genuine willingness to adopt more green energy as opposed to vitrtue-signalling, spending tax-payers' money on endless wars abroad and propaganda to justify these wars.

No, I don't buy any gifts at all. Humbug to the mass buying hysteria.
Neither do I. Waste of money spent on something someone may or may not like. It's spent on a night out or dinner instead. Food is something everyone needs and wants. Spending time with family and friends and eating is the best gift.

So says the guy that comes from the US empire but pretends to be related to Taiwan in some weird way. It's none of America's business and yet you still have 800 military bases scattered all over the world, many of which are facing a 'menacing' China. And now it's threatening to drop a nuclear bomb on Russia, as if dropping two on Japan, and countless others over the heads of Pacific Islanders wasn't enough.

For the past 1 million years, atmospheric CO2 concentrations, as inferred from various proxy data, has fluctuated but has never been above 300ppm. Since the Industrial Revolution (circa 1850), it has gone up without fail, and is now about 420 ppm. Basic science tells you the more CO2 there is in the atmosphere, the more warming there is. Where do people think the CO2 comes from?
The problem I have with certain governments is that they're all about virtue signalling and expected the poorer nations to do all the suffering and hard work. One particular country has historically emitted more CO2 than China, and yet accuses China of over-capacity when it comes to EVs and solar panels. Two-faced.

Er, maybe it's because there are tons of videos out there made by foreigners who live in China. I'd rather listen to their experiences and those of foreign tourists there than listen to what CNN tells us to believe.
And as for those recent events in China, maybe some of us don't like to sensationalize these killings, causing more grief to the victims' families, and leading to more copycat killings. When victims' familes in the west say they don't want to say the murder's name or they don't want to give them more of the limelight, do you criticize them? Or is it one standard for them, another for the Chinese. You think everyone wants to shout out and make a scene? People in different cultures deal with grief differently, not according to your western liberal standards.
The CCP doesn't leave gay stories.
I'd like to agree or disagree with you, but I don't know what you're on about.

It's not the Jews, as such. It's the Zionists (who aren't necessarily Jewish - they're either extreme evangelicals or people who'll stab their mothers in the back if given enough money by AIPAC or Friends of Israel). The leaders aren't even of west Asian heritage - their fathers and grandfathers come from Europe and America. They conveniently change their surnames and think it's their right to claim citizenship of a land from where their ancestors left over a 1000 years ago. I myself can't even claim ciizenship of the countries where my parents came from.
