Posted in: Trump says Americans could feel 'some pain' from his tariffs that are triggering trade war See in context

I've told the 3 supermarkets that I have used for 30-odd years that I will not be buying US meat and the supermarket should consider doing the same. The same goes for flour and canned goods.

Easy.

Posted in: Musk warns Japan will cease to exist if birthrate continues decline See in context

Humanity will cease to exist if the birthrate does NOT continue to fall. There are too many on this planet. Japan will have to figure their problems out. Trying to increase the population will not be to anyone's advantage.

Posted in: 4 dead after Trump supporters storm U.S. Capitol, forcing Senate to evacuate See in context

T's massive ego led to lies. Fear, ignorance, greed led to a willingness to believe the lies. People so brainwashed that they will not listen to even those in their own party. The woman who was shot has died. So disgusting!

But I can imagine that Trump finds her death flattering. She died for him. I bet he gets off on that. Everything is about HIM.

Posted in: Gov't to ask companies to promote telework as virus spreads See in context

I feel the Japanese gov't is hiding the number of cases caught in Japan. The published number is always including the ship's numbers and numbers evacuated from Wuhan. So, it is hard to see how the virus is spreading. If they do give us these numbers, it is always broken down by prefecture, so it is harder to calculate how that number compares to yesterday. Is the pace of infection increasing?
