Here in Daito City Osaka we've had the 6 day Nozaki Mairi Festival this Golden Week. The locals have no worries with their trash at the festival they just dump it on the ground, in the street or in the small waterway that passes in front of the station.

Bit of a wet finish today so that's deterred people from coming. The men who have to remove the trash at night will be pleased.
