support the civilians in Gaza that are being hammered by the IDF.

And that stops once the hostages are released.

which Trump is trying to impact now and which Biden has ignored for 14 months.

those Gazan deaths are blood on Joe’s hands. But all the left wants to talk about is criticizing Trump for a tweet. Typical.

What are you talking about? They were criticizing Joe, and now they are criticizing Trump.

At least Joe tried to temper Netanyahu. Trump will do no such thing.

Having the Kyiv regime held accountable for their massive abuses of their own former population is hardly unreasonable.

The ICC hasn't issued any warrants of Ukrainians of arrest for war crimes, but it has for Putin. Let's prosecute that one first.

Relax, they are non-persistent, so they are completely fine.

So why did 160 countries ban them?

Because they are dangerous to civilians long after the war or conflict is over.

However, these are different, they are not dangerous to civilians long after the war or conflict is over.

Recent PDA announcements have typically ranged from $125 million to $250 million. Biden has an estimated $4 billion to $5 billion in PDA already authorized by Congress that he is expected to use for Ukraine before Republican President-elect Donald Trump takes office on Jan. 20.

Never know what Trump will do.

If he doesn't want failure attached to his name, he will support Ukraine.

However, he could do something erratic, so best to get all the stuff that Congress authorized over to Ukraine before he takes office.

Many on the defeated left like to call RFK "a loon"

That's because he's a loon.

and yet he is on the way to the White House as part of the winning team with a landslide mandate

Yup. RFK sold his soul to Trump. But Trump didn't win by a landslide, he won by 1.6%.

...but seriously, if one watches the video, his opinion on this is spot on.

No, his opinion is completely wrong. NATO expanded because weak ex-Soviet countries wanted protection from Russia. They requested membership into NATO. His opinion completely neglects that.

Biden won by 7.9 percentage points over Trump that is a mandate.

Trump won by 1.6 percentage points over Harris. Mandate? Not so much.

My prediction? War is settled sometime is first half of 2025, Ukraine will abandon 4 territories to east and south and a de-militarized buffer zone will be established with a large peace-keeping force.

Hopefully sooner vs. later in 2025 and ZERO talk of NATO Membership, as neutrality is only path to a durable peace

Ukraine would never agree to that. It's a non-starter.

I have a better idea. Since Russia is the one starting wars in the region, lets demilitarize Russia as a path to durable peace.

RFK certainly is a loon. Do you think that Putin would invade Estonia if it wan't in NATO? Of course, they would. It would be a pretty short war. But now they can't.

NATO expansion was because of Russia's threat in the region. It was a good thing and it's unfortunate that Ukraine didn't join NATO earlier, because if it had, this war wouldn't have happened.

Ukraine war should have never happened, Trump kept the peace and sought to broker a peace to bring their civil war to an end, but Biden Admin sought escalation.

What particular escalation are we talking about?

Biden 2021 turned Ukraine into a NATO proxy partner,

No he didn't.

armed them to the hilt,

The arming of Ukraine was mostly under Trump. But it was a good thing. Otherwise they would be in a worse state now.

the rest is history, and the outcome is Exactly what many of us expected.

No, it isn't. Most experts were saying that Putin wouldn't invade Ukraine.

Ukraine would lose LOTS of territory, experience massive destruction of its infrastructure and economy and a population collapse as many millions fled to other countries including Russia.

Yes. Because of Putin's imperialism. Why don't you denounce Putin?

Naturally, far larger Russia Army would grind down Ukraine, as the UA could never win a war of attrition, that this latest budget suggests they will continue so long as any talk of NATO membership remains.

Putin didn't invade Ukraine in 2022 because he feared NATO. He invaded because he believed that NATO was weak, that his efforts to regain control of Ukraine by other means had failed, and that installing a pro-Russian government in Kyiv would be safe and easy. His aim was not to defend Russia against some non-existent threat but rather to expand Russia's power, eradicate Ukraine's statehood, and destroy NATO, goals he still pursues

Putin considers this matter a special operation, because he is rescuing 'persecuted people'. He's got plenty of evidence and good lawyers at the UN. This is why he has so much global support across global south etc.

The civil war had essentially stopped. And Putin comes in and turns cities into dust. Is that helping. The people of the Donbas don't want that help.

Putin's legal precedent is the former Yugoslavia, where US and NATO took action to protect minority groups.

Did the US and NATO annex those lands?

No.

So, no precedent.

Question people should ask is just why Kiev decided to go after their ethnic minority Russia population so aggressively starting in 2014?

They didn't.

Any normal Russian speaking Ukrainian would naturally welcome Putin's role in protecting them.

Putin has never protected Russian speaking Ukrainians. He started the civil war and then he invaded and smashed their cities to dust.

It all just massively escalated in 2021 when Biden took office and began turning Ukraine into a NATO proxy partner with massive military support.

That's not what happened. It was under Trump that they started supporting the Ukrainian military and that was to counter Russia's aggression. Ukraine realized it needed to defend itself after Russia annexed Crimea.

Hence the full-blown special operation, vs. a civil war and territorial conflict.

So Trump caused the war?

Russians are HAPPY to spend whatever it takes to win this war against their now newly minted millions and millions of citizens.

I don't think so. Putin thought it would take a week at most. Now he is ruining his own economy for an unnecessary war.

It's really a civil war that started in 2014, Kiev started with their agenda of human rights violations against their Russia speaking citizens.

It has nothing to do with human rights violations against their Russia speaking citizens. Russia started the civil war by sending in troops to the Donbas in 2014 and fomenting dissent.

To the outsider, it's a border dispute, but make no mistake vast % of Russian speaking people in former Ukraine want to be Russian citizens now due to this civil war.

No, they don't. In any case, is Russia helping these Russian speaking people by pounding their cities to rubble?

Supporting Ukraine in this unwinnable border dispute

It's not a border dispute. Nobody disputes the borders.

enables both Iran and China (and NK!), while destroying US readiness.

Absolutely not. It increases US readiness and it does not enable China.

It discourages China's ambitions on Taiwan, because if the US stands up for Ukraine, it will stand up for Taiwan. The opposite is also true. If the US abandons Ukraine, China will think that the US will abandon Taiwan and hence be more likely to attack.

Above, the Trump world view, that the voters endorsed!

I doubt that the above is the Trump world view.

Trump has FAR bigger fish to fry than this Russia/Ukraine border issue,

It's not a border issue. Russia wants to take control of all of Ukraine. In any case, he can surely take care of more than one issue at once.

Considering he caused that crisis by pulling out of the previous agreement that was containing Irans nuclear ambitions, do you think he is interested in this?

To let Putin win this thing would be inviting worse things to come."

But your team experts tell everyone that Russian army is depleted and Russian economy is collapsing. Russia is in no position to attack anyone else, least of all a NATO member. So what worse things are we talking about?

Why do you feel the need to use disingenuous straw men to argue your case.

The Russian economy is doing badly, but Putin can continue to plunder it's savings to fight this war. This means that he has ample capability to warmonger.

However, life for his people is looking increasingly bleak, with high inflation and interest rates.

This doesn't mean that the economy is collapsing. But it does mean that the people in Russia are getting more and more affected. And that may collapse Russian public support for this war, which will make it more difficult for Putin to wage the war in the future.

If Putin is left off the hook and a peace settlement is made without security guarantees, then Putin can get his economy back on track and invade in three years time with impunity.

Try to take a more nuanced take on the situation, instead of a simplistic black and white approach.

*Putin could deflate those Wall Street bankers and save Ukraine lives**

Russia has done so time and time again. Read history books, not just the American military dispatches or Social Media narrative.

Check the trail of George W. Bush and Condoleezza Rice, the real facts about the democratic elected President Yanukovych's and the Euomaidan protests supported by US secret agents.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0epyHOz-Pbs

So why do you post a clip of President Viktor Yuschenko (not Yanukovych) from 2008, years before the Euomaidan protests. (Which were not supported US secret agents.)

How was George Bush involved in Ukraine in 2013/2014????

Putin today is just a pawn of Washington to achieve their results.

So the west forced Putin to invade Ukraine? Are you actually saying that?!!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wIOqHSsV9c

I will not that this video doesn't include Ukraine in the list of countries where America was involved in a coup. So that doesn't really help your argument.
